Letter of support from Kashag, Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Tibetan Women Association is expected soon.
22nd January:
TCC Chairman, Mr. Sonam Topgyal met with the Director of Tibetan Parliamentary and Policy Research Centre (TPPRC) Mr. Chokyong Tsering.
They discussed about the possibility of doing projects together where both the organization can contribute in the areas they are specialized in, making the project more effective.
Issue faced by the Tibetan sweater seller was discussed also Mr. Chokyong Tsering refered Mr. Tenzin Geshey of Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama as the key person who can introduce TCC to the Indian corporate for possible support.
23rd January:
TCC Chairman met with the Representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, New Delhi, Kalon Tempa Tsering and updated him about the TCC’s three month action plans. TCC also requested a supporting letter from the Bureau.
23rd January:
Letters have been sent to Embassies in New Delhi about the aims and objectives of Tibetan Chamber of Commerce and were asked to contact TCC for any clarification needed on Tibetan business institution and businessmen applying for visa.
